Athletics


To do high jump you need your toes up. Bent your knees swing your arms ,to do the scissor  kick technique.  You need to keep you toes up because when you point your toes up you can swing your leg  up higher  . another thing to do when you are doing high jump is to go up to the pole at a 45 degree angle.
